friendly staff super clean room healthy juice knife request old hotel outdated decor

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was super clean. Breakfast had many options. a juice bar with healthy juices and fresh tropical fruits!!!

I asked for a mango peeling knife for my room. They refused. The hotel is very old, more than 30 years old. It is not updated.

Balanced stay

private beach breakfast stations outdated shower unchanged bedding

The resort featured a private beach that was quite secluded. The main pool offered a nice option. Breakfast had stations for eggs, waffles, and juices. The gym had modern equipment.

The shower and toilet felt out of date, and they were not very comfortable. I noticed the kettle looked old, almost like it was from a secondhand market. The bedding was not changed during my entire stay. I found this to be unusual for the price I paid.

FABULOUS stay

poolside treats personable staff excellent spa

The staff always refilled our water and provided poolside treats. I felt very pampered! The staff interacted with me and other guests very PERSONABLY, I love that. Both restaurants exceeded my expectations and the spa was also excellent.

I found that the signs at night from the front gate to the parking area were NOT very bright. We got lost twice because of this.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with awesome sea views. I could not ask for more. The housekeeper checked the room twice daily and brought us afternoon snacks. Such a nice touch.

I enjoyed the private beach with its rocks. They were comfortable to step on! The bay had many corals that were easily seen from a kayak or SUP, which I appreciate. The resort has WELLNESS activities.
