i stayed in the spa villa suite. the location was excellent, i accessed the main road very easily. plenty of restaurants were nearby.. the resort provides a calm and relaxing environment. the housekeeping team kept my room immaculate daily. burning citronella oil managed the mosquitos.
i found no complimentary drinking water in the room. it was surprising even for lower-tier hotels. the only free water was at breakfast from a dispenser. after that, i had to buy water from a shop.

the resort allows easy access to nearby attractions. it's located near many restaurants. accessing the central areas from the hotel is quite simple, allowing you to explore everything nearby.

the breakfast selection impressed me a lot it included a wide variety of dishes to choose from. i especially liked starting my mornings with a tasty meal while looking at the ocean it was a perfect way to start the day. i stayed in a private chalet near the pond with golden fish the room was relaxing
we booked a specific upgraded room it was right in front of the pool so there was no privacy. we woke up from screaming children outside the room very early. the staff in general was nice it was not as cute as other resorts i've been to in thailand

the location near the beach and the main road was acceptable.
The assigned room did not meet the expectations of a supposed 5-star hotel. the spa bathtub was unusable. The water was yellowish. most electrical outlets were not functioning properly. This was a significant inconvenience.

the location proved excellent i found every shop bar and restaurant just a short walk away the hotel sits right on the beautiful beach plus there are two swimming pools with ample sunbeds i stayed for three nights in a premier double or twin room it felt so quiet too
