The free shuttle service to nearby towns was very convenient. The hotel is well kept and easy to navigate. Staff members were accommodating and promptly offered buggy rides when requested throughout the resort.
The lack of nearby shops requires reliance on the resort for essentials.

I found the in-room breakfast by our pool a wonderful display. The bed was very comfortable and candles were lit upon my return from dinner each evening. It was a charming touch. The staff replenished the mini fridge daily with soda, juice and water, in addition to dried mango and coconut cookies. I will be back for another stay.
The town was based in a quieter part, making it less accessible.

The restaurants offered both Western cuisine and Asian cuisine. The breakfast had your typical food options, such as eggs and cereal, as well as Thai rice, noodles, and porridge. All the ingredients used in food were grown organically and locally.

The location was fine, with wonderful bays that overlooked everything. The resort was positioned in a cove, offering tranquility, while the hotel provided shuttle service to the local area. It helped me to visit nearby towns.

There were amenities such as a private pool, two luxurious pools, and four excellent restaurants. A nice private beach allowed sunbathing. Snorkeling gear was available for use a few meters in. The hotel was well-kept and beautiful. It was an amazing resort.

The villa had a functional coffee machine and a spacious area for working.
The single-glazed windows and thin roof made it difficult to sleep due to constant bird noises starting at 4 AM. The mattress quality was poor and caused back pain. Staff was at times incompetent and I felt that additional training is needed.
