The hotel location allowed easy city access. I appreciated it. The room featured a high ceiling. This. The shower was really good. I really enjoyed the water pressure.

Some staff members did not seem polite. This was noticeable during interactions. I had several issues settling the bill. Incorrect charges looked. The hotel's credit card processing system had problems. This caused delays.

excellent location quiet room efficient process

the location is excellent near shopping areas. my room was immaculate and quiet. i found the valet parking process efficient.

the minibar only had soft drinks, i would have preferred more options.

clean room comfortable bed convenient location

i appreciated the cleanliness of the room. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the location allowed easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. the breakfast was really good (especially the pancakes!).

the towels in the bathroom were quite thin.
