breakfast inclusion overcharge issue

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included considering the price. there was no wardrobe for my clothes, not even any hangers. the overcharge for meals not mine has not been resolved. I would like a refund.

The breakfasts there includes many options. the professional staff seemed very friendly. the room was decorated stylishly. It was exactly as shown on the website.

the bed seemed like a small double, i found that quite uncomfortable.

the breakfast included good quality bacon and sausages. fresh towels were supplied daily. the room had a modern tv with freeview channels.

The shower temperature fluctuated slightly. Though it wasn't a major issue.
