I really liked the christmas joiner party i attended there on december 12, 2024. the staff welcomed me warmly upon my arrival and helped me with my luggage to my room. i was also greeted with a welcome drink. A good surprise. my airside studio was good, too, and i enjoyed comfy sofas, a tv with a full channel list and a nice view of planes landing.

The reception was very warm and helpful, and staff offered assistance with luggage upon arrival. the staff in the restaurant and bar are super helpful and knowledgeable, offering a friendly welcome. calling down to reception was also a pleasant experience. They are super accommodating.

The rooms are super clean with comfy sofas and a tv with a full channel list. Complimentary water and refreshments are a nice touch. rooms have everything you need for a short stay, though maybe a bit cluttered with lots of seating. the airside studio included a lovely view of the planes landing.

The location proves great for visiting the motor show. It is just a few minutes walk to the event entrance. the hotel offers an ideal location for plane enthusiasts and those who enjoy really good food. there is lots of parking space available!

Served in the casual dining area, meals surpassed my expectations with fresh ingredients, expertly cooked, and efficient waiting staff. breakfast was especially good, rating amongst the best. It felt as good as any at a relais & chateau. afternoon tea was particularly excellent, with lots of different types of tea available.

the excellent building is nicely decorated, and i enjoyed a welcome drink upon arrival. the hotel provides cosy seating areas tucked around the interior. it has a large shower and bathtub, even with a tv in the bathroom

the staff was polite from the front desk, it was acceptable.

building work started in the room next to mine late at night. i phoned reception, and they said the work would stop immediately, but it didn't. at midnight, i got dressed and moved to a new room. fabulous compensation for a night without sleep indeed.

The room was very clean, I found this important. The bed was comfortable, a crucial factor for good rest. The bathroom was well kept. It included a lovely rain-head shower, a very nice touch. The quality of sleep was very high.

The hotel does not provide menus on tables. I discovered there were extra options after my stay. The lady who showed us to the table did not mention this. This caused a slight frustration.

Dinner featured an excellent five-course tasting menu. It showcased the chef's expertise. Cocktails were delicious. The service was great. Courses were explained, and courses were presented wonderfully. The brasserie was clean.
