clean room plentiful options
i stayed in the executive double room and it was very clean. the breakfast had plentiful options (especially the pastries!).
the television remote had slightly weak batteries.

Underwhelming stay
outdated rooms rainfall head
I found a few things less than ideal. The outdated rooms REALLY need some attention. The shower offered only a rainfall head, so washing was difficult. The long walk to the room involved maneuvering several doors. This made it inconvenient. I'm NOT impressed.

Underwhelming Stay , Especially the Service
unwelcoming staff lack of attention
The location of the hotel was acceptable for my needs.
The staff at check-in was not cute , and this soured my first impression. There was a noticeable lack of care or attention to detail from the staff member. I found this unprofessional and frustrating.

spacious room comfortable room convenient location check-in delays blood stain dated room
The room was spacious. It was also nice and neat. The location is convenient for travel to nearby venues. Parking had excellent availability.
Check-in experienced delays. I found blood on the curtains. The room looked dated, similar to the 70s or 80s style.

stained carpet outdated room
The room i had was quite dated. the carpet had several stains. the bathroom lacked a fresh smell. It was disappointing.
