wild hotel stay!

my room was so clean. the location is great for visiting the world of adventure nearby. staff were friendly. i plan on visiting again. it was a fantastic experience for work and brought our baby too.
noise throughout the evening was constant. kids ran above us in the corridor. i could hear everything next door because it was a connecting room. soundproofing is non-existent.

the pool is clean. there is sauna too. guests can swim and families are well-catered for with specific family-friendly features. there are also wild animals to see near the hotel.

staff provided excellent service. they are attentive. malakaib gave great customer service. the team helped with takeaway breakfast bags for an early work departure. this was very appreciated.

the hotel is directly at a world of adventures. it also allows views of animals. safari themes run throughout the rooms. this makes access to the park very easy and enjoyable.

I enjoyed the photo opportunities in the hot air balloon and in the lifts. The telescope gave us a great view of the giraffes and zebras. The swimming pool was a welcome addition to our stay.
Checking in required scanning a QR code , and it took a £5 deposit. I had to ask what the charge was for. The room theme consisted of some pictures on the bunk bed and some pictures on the walls. It felt poor. The restaurant seemed overpriced.

the room was clean. the staff were friendly. freddos on the pillow were a nice touch. the spot felt lovely, really relaxing. i also enjoyed good breakfast options.
a speaker was just outside our room. it played the SAME 20 seconds of music from some movie or ride. we had to keep our window shut to prevent insanity.
