The staff was friendly and helpful. My King Room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was superb and offered a wide variety of options. I particularly appreciated the convenient location near the town center.
My room faced the street. Street noise was noticeable at times. This impacted the overall sense of tranquility.

The rooms had modern features! beds were super comfy, especially with those high-quality sheets,wow! the shower was amazing. i loved the decor and furnishings. Very modern. the staff greeted me warmly and were always ready with helpful tips.
housekeeping kept visiting at odd times, even after being asked not to. this happened multiple times, and during the last visit, the housekeeper entered without knocking, it made things a bit stressful before check out.

the staff was really helpful, especially with directions to local attractions. the room came with fresh towels, something i appreciate. i also found the coffee and tea facilities in the room to be a nice touch after a long day. though the parking was tricky at first, i managed to find a spot.

The location was great. The room had everything I needed.
The room I was given has a period time window wedged open. To combat this, they installed a secondary window inside, this window is single glazed. I was woken up at dawn by road sweeps and the bus service because the hotel is on a common bus route.
