Superb stay!
polite staffclean roomshower gel
The food was excellent (especially the breakfast!). The staff were so polite, it's really commendable. I also appreciated the modern, VERY clean room provided . There was plenty of tea and coffee available in the room.
The shower was warm, and shower gel wasn't provided. I had to use hand wash. This was the only minor inconvenience .

Staff members were VERY helpful and accommodating. They assisted with a late check-in. The personnel demonstrated professionalism, GREATLY contributing to the positive experience.

inaccurate dinner menuincorrect drinks menu
i found things i did not like. the dinner menu in the room, it was old. it had incorrect information, and i had been planning what to eat. the drinks menu was incorrect too. there weren't cocktails or some wines that i wanted.

quiet roompoor shower pressure
the food tasted alright, i guess. the room was quiet, that's something.
i found the shower pressure less than stellar. it barely trickled out, i almost had to stand on my head to rinse the shampoo. i think they need a plumber, and maybe a new shower head.

the room was lovely and quiet. the rainfall shower was large. the staff were very friendly and helpful. i found the hotel to be clean, tidy, warm and inviting.
the dinner menu left in my room was old. it was also inaccurate. i had planned my dinner based on that menu, so i felt disappointed.
