I found the location convenient.. access to the underground station and nearby attractions was seamless. the cleanliness and decor created a luxurious atmosphere. i especially appreciated the complimentary mini-bar and noble isle toiletries provided in the room. all staff members i interacted with were polite and attentive. they provided helpful service. the concierge was very helpful in arranging transportation and providing recommendations for local dining spots. i also enjoyed the breakfast served. The selection was good.

the room size felt slightly small for a longer stay. managing luggage in the limited space required some maneuvering. i hope that larger rooms are available for future visits.

The location proved supremely convenient, close to essential attractions. I found the provided bathroom products high in quality and plentiful. The hotel was immaculate and well maintained, which I greatly appreciated. I was also very thankful for the complimentary umbrellas. i found the location very central. it was a short walk to many attractions and the tube. the bed was super comfy, and the doormen were always friendly. i appreciated the complimentary snacks, and the lobby bar seemed lively.

some staff members at the front desk didn't greet me as i walked in. as a woman, i rarely had a door opened for me. after a long flight, the door staff offered no help with my suitcase, surprising.
