A Mixed Experience with Some Issues

dirty floor high breakfast cost

I had a couple of issues . The bathroom floor wasn't very clean, and I did see some dirty glasses in my room. there were difficulties finding someone during breakfast. It felt awkward needing to search for a staff member to order a drink. The breakfast cost seemed high for what was offered.

excellent stay near the philharmonic hall

clean room helpful staff modern decor

the room was clean! the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. i experienced a minor issue with self check-in, but they resolved it quickly and efficiently. i also appreciated the modern decor throughout the hotel.

I noticed a few minor spots of paint on the tiles in the bathroom. It was a little thing.

The breakfast was fresh and cooked to order! the portions were generous and satisfying. i particularly enjoyed the variety of options available. It was a good start to the day.

a few hiccups

mini fridge nice place room features wedding anniversary original room reception problem

the room was exactly what i wanted it to be.. my husband and i were doing one night away from the kids in the city. it was nice. our room also had a mini fridge, that was a bonus.

we visit several times a year from outside the country, this break was for our wedding anniversary. on arrival, we were told there was a problem with our room because someone had pulled the curtains down the night before. then we were told our original room was still not ready so could we pack everything up and leave the cases at reception..
