railway station friendly staff net curtain dim light
The location was ideal, steps from the railway station! the staff were very friendly and helpful. i really appreciated the power sockets next to the bed. And the shower was lovely and powerful.
The curtain was not properly attached to the rail! a street view greeted me when the curtains were open as there were no net curtains. the light was too dim. And no bedside lights were available.

I found the staff quite helpful . The room included coffee, tea, juice, and snacks. A cafe across the street offers an excellent full English breakfast. I appreciated that option. The price was fair. It offered good value.
The desk in the room had some peeling wooden parts, which posed a minor safety hazard.

The staff assisted quickly with check-in. They also provided helpful directions to nearby attractions. Staff was polite when I requested extra towels, good.

The room included a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. I also found storage spaces. These included desk drawers, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The room provided plenty of space.

A welcome tray with coffee, tea, juice and brunch bars awaited me. It was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast provided was vegan only. This breakfast included spreads and cereal, satisfactory.

The train station is within a few minutes walk, this I liked! The hotel is close to a cafe, pub, and restaurants. I could easily walk to nearby places.

Lovely Moments
speedy check friendly staff smart tv fast wifi
The check in was speedy and so friendly. I felt very welcome. The room was a delight, bright and clean. It had everything I needed like a smart tv and super fast wifi. I couldn't ask for more. It was a short walk to the train station, maybe five minutes.
The coating on the desk in my room peeled a bit and was held down with tape. It was a very minor imperfection.

The room was spacious with storage like desk drawers and a wardrobe. I also appreciated the refreshment tray. It had juices and oat bars. The bathroom felt huge.

A wonderful little cafe sits across from the hotel and offers breakfast. I also noticed there was a pub a short walk from the front door with outdoor seating, perfect for a drink. The hotel has a vegetarian restaurant.

great location friendly staff
the location WORKS very well, being very close to the train station. Staff were friendly, which i APPRECIATEd. The room WAS clean. i was happy to see tea, coffee, and snacks available.
the hotel IS a bit tired and needs updating. nothing matches. the furniture seemed a little old.

the hotel has an attached indian restaurant, and it focuses on vegetarian options. i saw that the hotel prioritizes providing alternatives for many diets and tastes. this is important to me.

this hotel is in a residential area. a café IS located on the corner, providing options for breakfast. the train station is very close, so it is easy to use public transport.

the vegan breakfast was excellent. the staff were very helpful and friendly.
on arrival, i couldn't get in. i had to phone a number to get in after ringing the bell with no answer.
