the hotel upgraded my room when I arrived which was great. i got a fine view of the seine and paris. it even showed the eiffel tower. the bathroom was big and the shower was in the bath.
my room was above the kitchen and i did not like that. It got VERY noisy beginning at 6 am every morning. i couldn't sleep well because of the morning NOISE.

the room decoration seemed a bit tired. the amenities were almost non-existent. the hotel no longer feels like a luxury hotel to me. it has fallen behind current standards.

I found the classic chic room spacious. It featured a generous layout. Breakfast offered many choices, that was a plus. The terrace had a view overlooking Paris, I took great photos. The walk through the park to the train station started my days well.

The Classic Room was large and clean, it featured great furnishings. The bathroom also offered ample space, that was appreciated. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in.

The building is very beautiful. Also everything was clean. the location suited me. I was joining a river cruise and the hotel was 5 mins in a taxi from the embarkation point on the seine. the room was very nice and service was polite and attentive. i enjoyed my stay.
check-in took a long time, it was very disorganised. the welcome was not friendly. there was no hot water on day 2. i noticed there were no amenities that are usual in a 4 stars hotel.
