I found ample parking spaces upon arrival. The reception staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. My room was super clean and well kept. The hotel bar area was spacious. The staff provided great service (especially with the quick refills).
The gym hours could perhaps be extended slightly to accommodate very early risers.

the staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. i was able to check in early , which was really appreciated. the room was perfect for my needs. i added breakfast , it provided so much choice and was good value.
the pillows were a bit lumpy , and i needed to request alternatives from reception.

The beds were not good at all. They creaked loudly. when i sat, the bed went right down to the base, such terrible cheap beds. i had a disappointing night's sleep

The room's air conditioning was quite noisy and rattled continuously (even after I turned it off). I had to call reception late at night to move to another room, and I received a voucher for breakfast as compensation.
