unclean toilet seat stained bed linens

breakfast had a good selection and the location was excellent.

the toilet seat in my room was visibly unclean on arrival. despite reporting this to housekeeping, the cleanliness issues persisted. the room also had dust, stray hairs, and stained bed linens (this was not acceptable for a hotel of this caliber).

I found the staff very helpful. They quickly assisted with my luggage. my room, a beautiful room 1 king bed, was spacious. the breakfast offered many options, which i appreciated. It included both western and local dishes.

the gym was a bit crowded during peak hours.

I found the rooms very spacious and clean. The infinity pool offers amazing views of the city skyline. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar. It had great food and cocktails.
