excellent service delicious food great selection friendly team

I appreciated the team at the Gourmet restaurant. Hok and the team provided excellent service and delicious food. The breakfast spread had a great selection. The food tasted very good. I noticed the breakfast team was friendly and provided service with a smile.

I found the egg station to be a bit disorganized. Guests had to stand around waiting for their orders, and it created a small bottleneck during busy times. I think the hotel could improve this process for better efficiency.

The hotel provides a tuk-tuk shuttle to nearby stations. This made getting around convenient. A Grab ride to popular destinations takes only 15 minutes. The hotel is ideal for accessing various parts of the area.

the rooftop bar access policy was a problem. i booked specifically for new year's eve access, but i discovered i needed to pay extra for a package. i felt misled. also, the pool area lacked enough sun loungers and most of it was in shade.

The room was beautifully designed and very clean. Staff were always helpful. I also enjoyed the breakfast variety. The food was AMAZING!!!

I noticed that the pool had hardly any beds. The pool was also in the shade for most of the day. I found the hotel location to be a bit isolated. I also noticed that there was no desk in the room. Instead, there was only a round coffee table.
