Good stay in a standard room
helpful staff breakfast option
I found the staff helpful. The breakfast had many options to choose. I like the gym as it had equipment. I did enjoy the pool. It offered a nice space to relax after a long day.
The TV switched on automatically in the middle of the night. This.

The room included good amenities. The bed was comfortable. There were adequate number of clean towels. I also noticed the room had sufficient lighting.

clean room spacious room free water bottles proactive staff
I found the room clean and spacious. the bathroom was well-equipped. they provided six bottles of drinking water each day which i thought was very generous (much appreciated). the staff were friendly and proactive. Their helpfulness really stood out.
The in-room espresso coffee quality was not great. The pods produced only a dribble. there was a limited choice of tv channels, mainly news or low-budget movies. pillows lacked structure, causing a stiff neck some mornings.

the pool bar features an infinity pool with a variety of seating options, including sofas and loungers. the pool area offers a shaded section for those wanting to escape direct sunlight. a 7-eleven store is conveniently located right next door.

breakfast included a vast array of options, catering to various tastes and cultures (i thought the selection was fantastic). the food and drinks at the horizon pool bar were delicious, especially the padak fried chicken dish. i enjoyed the variety.

the front desk staff were helpful and polite, offering assistance whenever needed. one of the staff, naphat, was particularly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. concierge was helpful and attentive when the car arrived.

the location is close to the sky train. it is only a few stops to the ferry at sathorn, if you want to take a boat. several restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

Excellent stay!
helpful staff stylish pool equipped gym
The staff was helpful, especially at the concierge. Bangkok 78 had good food with a great mix of international options. The stylish pool and well-equipped gym added to the experience. I found the room to be a decent size. It easily accommodated an extra bed. (we were a family!).
I had a minor issue with the room's cleanliness upon arrival. I noticed some hairs on the floor and some smudges on the table. This was addressed, but the overall cleaning wasn't fully up to par with my expectations.

The hotel is less than ten minutes walking distance from Chit Lom BTS station. A back entrance provides convenient access to Ratchadamri Road. A 7-Eleven store is located right next to the hotel.

Excellent Hotel Experience!
attentive recommendation seamless experience
Tam from the concierge team provided really good service, being attentive and professional. His thoughtful recommendations ensured a seamless and enjoyable stay. The room was super clean and well-designed.
I found the in-room espresso coffee to be poor. The pods only produced a dribble of coffee. The pillows also lacked structure. I woke up with a sore neck each morning.
