excellent hotel experience!

spacious layoutcomfortable bedreservation issues

i enjoyed the onsen and sauna after exploring the city. the free suite upgrade i received had a very spacious layout and included a washer and dryer for added convenience. the bed was huge and comfortable.

the onsen employee was a bit inflexible with my reservation. i booked partially for the onsen and had some issues using it with my early checkout and travel schedule. it caused some inconvenience during my departure.

My room included a stove, microwave, fridge, and washing machine. The hotel provided two water bottles at room temperature and two in the fridge daily. The free hourly shuttle ran to Emporium Shopping Mall which is near the BTS Phrom Phong station.

The room service menu ended too early for my liking.

The hotel location is convenient for accessing many restaurants.

The room's dryer did not function properly. It only rinsed the clothes, leaving them very damp. I had to turn the room into a laundromat to dry the clothes with the air conditioning. I thought this was not good at all!

The room had a washing machine. i found powder provided for laundry. an iron and ironing board were also available. I found these convenient. coco, the concierge, helped us sort out train tickets. he also recommended places to visit. he arranged our taxi to the station.

i noticed the housekeeping staff did not seem to clean the room properly after the first day. they only emptied the trash and changed towels. there was no basic vacuuming. i found this disappointing.

The location was very convenient. It was just a short walk to the Phrom Pong station and the EmQuartier shopping area.

The first room I got felt quite worn. It was like they hadn't really kept up with the maintenance (a bit disappointing, tbh). I found hairs around, so I asked for a thorough cleaning, which I thought was a reasonable request.
