unavailable sirloin inconsistent service
I found the new year's eve dining experience to be quite disappointing. the advertised sirloin wasn't available initially, and when it finally arrived, it was just a skewer with very little meat. it really put a damper on the evening. also, the club lounge service was inconsistent. Some staff members were attentive, while others ignored us completely, a bit off-putting, inconsistent club service

i stayed for several nights. the room had nice towels (very soft). i found the location convenient. the staff offered superb service.
the gym lacked some equipment.

leather chairs warm lighting
i enjoyed tiffany's new york bar . the 1920s new york vibe is very apparent with leather chairs and warm lighting. the whisky selection included over 200 options and the bartenders made a classic paper plane cocktail well.
i noticed wear and tear in the hallways. the gym is small and feels cramped with more than two people.

the classic king room city view included crisp, nice towels, robes. the bathroom had one hook on the shower glass to hang one item. the shower was over the bath, with a smallish bath size.

the hotel is near tsim sha tsui. the mtr access is very convenient from the hotel. the location offers views of victoria harbor from some vantage points, which adds appeal.

The club lounge is on basement level -1. the club lounge offers check-in and out facilities. the gym is small. the pool area size is small as well. It is not designed for swimming.

staff in the executive lounge were pleasant. the executive lounge food and drink staff were pleasant. some staff in the intercontinental club ignored guests, which required guests to approach staff for service.

the breakfast buffet had good choices. the executive lounge food was decent without being excellent. the breakfast options accommodated both chinese and western guests. afternoon tea was available in the executive lounge.

the check-in staff jason liu was efficient he provided detailed information about the hotel the rooms were arranged on the same floor offering a great view of the seaside
the gym felt cramped when more than two people were present the equipment seemed unbalanced with too much space taken up by unused machines
