i loved the easy check-in and check-out process. the staff speaks english very well and they helped me whenever i needed assistance! it was great that they had a luggage storage. i left my stuff with them before check-in, this gave me a chance to explore before getting into my room. the bed in the room was huge and very comfortable!!!

i booked a non-smoking room, but it had a noticeable smoke smell. it was quite disappointing given the overall quality of the hotel. i hope they address this issue !

the eiffel tower king room was a good size and generally clean. it included an iron with a board and a wireless charger plus all basic toiletries were available in the bathroom, so convenient.

the hotel rooms are spacious and clean the beautiful king room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i found the bed comfortable, it helped me relax after a long journey. free shuttle service provided easy access to various locations, a great benefit.

the wait time for check-in was a bit long, i believe some improvements could be made to streamline the process. i hope in the future this process becomes quicker.

the hotel features a large shopping mall this offered plenty of retail options. the pool area includes many loungers there is also a shaded area. shuttle services are offered to ferry terminals this made traveling convenient.
