the shuttle service to the airport was very convenient and ran frequently. the room was very clean (i liked the fresh towels!). the breakfast offered many options, including both western and asian dishes.

the check-in process took longer than expected, i waited for a while.

My room was clean and met my expectations. Room service was fast and the food tasted great. I liked the free airport shuttle, it runs every thirty minutes. The ride is only ten minutes.

The bathroom lacked a shower curtain. This caused water to spill onto the floor after each shower.

the breakfast buffet was something of a disappointment. the selection was limited, and the food wasn't as fresh as i'd hoped. i was expecting More for the price. also, the gym was quite small and lacked some essential equipment. there were only a couple of treadmills and a limited selection of weights. i found the fitness center underwhelming for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The shuttle bus to the airport was free. I appreciated access to the city center using the convenient walking bridge to the expo, then a direct 30-minute train. Staff were helpful. Room amenities WERE GREAT.

The air ventilation system in the room was not good. i could not open the windows to get fresh air. they requested that i sign a document saying i would be responsible if anything happened should i open the window. THE WINDOW only opened a little.
