harbor view helpful staff cigarette smoke bad angle

my room had a harbor view it was fine. the location has multiple choices for tasty food nearby. i found the staff friendly and helpful.

i could smell cigarette smoke in my room. the upgrade i got was okay but had a bad angle.

inconsistent amenities struggling air conditioning

my stay weren't perfect. the air conditioning struggled in keeping up. it felt stuffy during warmer parts of the day. housekeeping sometimes missed refilling the bathroom amenities. this meant i had to call down for shampoo more than once. the lack of consistency in this area were a real annoyance.
