wow, what a view!

big window harbor sight fast help awesome manager

i totally loved this hotel. the harbor view queen room had a super nice big window, offering a killer sight. when i called for luggage help, they showed up, like, lightning fast. jay, the manager, is awesome and upgraded me too a larger room!

the gym only have two treadmill. i wish it had more equipment.

Solid stay with harbor views

The executive lounge access was a nice perk. It is on the 40th floor but you enter on 41. I liked that the evening spread allowed you to make a whole meal. The staff served drinks promptly and provided great advice. I had a good stay.

The elevators were sometimes slow during peak hours.

lacked machines insufficient free weights

the breakfast buffet had a generous selection each morning.

the fitness center was not well-equipped. the gym lacked necessary machines and sufficient free weights. these shortcomings negatively impacted my workout routine.

worn carpets unbearable itching

the buffet breakfast had a wide spread and the food was good.

the hotel offered two types of accommodation, one outdated with worn carpets and stains. i was assigned an older room at first. the so-called double bed was two small single beds pushed together and the bedding had dust mites which caused unbearable itching.

i was greeted warmly and given access to the lounge while my room was prepared. alice in the club level was very kind. she learned about me and offered a cappuccino.

mtr location footbridge access natural breeze damaged door frame old room dated room

the location was amazing near the mtr. it had a connected overhead footbridge i loved. the pool area had high-rise building views i thought were amazing. the natural breeze and quietness elevated the pool area's pleasantness i enjoyed.

the toilet door frame was badly damaged i noticed. it was not fixed which bothered me. the iron looked like it would tear my clothes i didn't like that. the room was old and dated i did not like this at all.
