Romantic Anniversary at the Harbour

Amber assisted us during check-in and consistently offered amazing support. The team upgraded our room for our anniversary. It was a gesture that deeply touched us. The collaboration displayed by the entire team ensured our stay was seamless and carefree. I admire the dedication shown by Shangri-La staff.

The hotel felt somewhat crowded at breakfast. The breakfast buffet had a good selection , but the sheer volume of people made it less enjoyable. I wish the dining area were a little less hectic during peak hours.

The Beautiful King Room featured elegant décor and provided ample space for relaxation. The bed offered really good comfort, complemented by high-quality linens and plush pillows. It also included a spacious work area with a comfortable chair.

the harbor view was amazing, with constant boat activity. taxis were reasonably priced, convenient. the asian restaurant had good food and a quiet atmosphere. ashley, the concierge, were great, escorting me to a seamstress and even picking up my clothing for me.

the club lounge had a rude male staff. the roof also leaked water inside this lounge. the rooms felt dark and old. better lighting is needed.

the hotel had a well-equipped gym including three treadmills and two stationary bikes wanting to maintain their fitness routines. the pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section, giving opportunities for both sunbathing and relaxation near the water.

the shang palace provided great service and creative cuisine. the breakfast buffet had an omelette bar offering omelettes made to order with fresh ingredients!!!
