The room was very comfortable and well maintained. I liked the in room water dispenser a LOT!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was attentive. The bathroom and room are perfectly setup.

The menu option in the a la carte restaurant was limited. I thought the price of the buffet at ink n plate was too high. The buffet options were not good. I felt it lacked variety.

i stayed in a "mickey friends" beautiful room king bed and it was super clean. the free shuttle service to the park was so convenient. there was also a special entrance line for hotel guests!!!

the lobby shop closed a bit early.

the reception team were very helpful with directions, providing clear instructions about the shuttle service to the park, and were always available at the desk.

the room included mickey-themed toiletries and towels. i found extra pillows in the closet, so the entire room was very comfortable and spacious for the family.

the hotel has a playground with various slides, climbing frames, and soft play areas, so it kept the kids busy. there are also photo spots with retro cars.

the lack of halal food was a real issue. the buffet had very limited options, mostly beef and pork. i had to resort to cup noodles for two nights (i stayed for four nights!). the bar drinks were also terrible, especially the cocktails.
