really good stay
spacious accommodations attentive staff gourmet buffet responsive team
the accommodations were spacious (i especially liked the large windows). the staff excelled, attending to all needs promptly. breakfast offered a gourmet semi-buffet with both menu items and a wide-ranging selection. i really appreciated the responsiveness of the front office team, especially given some unexpected circumstances.
The rooftop bar's mixology wasn't quite at the highest level. This was a minor point though.

the hotel offers a pool area with ample space, including about twenty loungers and a shaded section, allowing guests to relax comfortably. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes who want to maintain their fitness routines.

Really good Stay Experience
refined atmosphere excellent service complete ease
The Cassia Lounge provided a refined atmosphere. The staff, especially Qin, Florence, Irish, and Belen, offered excellent service! They were always attentive and friendly. I felt completely at ease, almost at home.
The gym is not equipped for those wanting more than a treadmill. The equipment is limited! A broader range of options would improve the experience.

fantastic stay!
heated toilet amazing stay
Every member of the hotel puts in so much effort. The details in the room scream excellence. i particularly loved the heated toilet. i would definitely return. Thank you for the amazing stay!
The pool area and spa needs improvement. the pool has no view, and it was cold. even the jacuzzi is cold. It doesn't make sense when you want to relax.

breakfast had a hybrid menu plus buffet style, so nice. there were lots of dishes for any diet and preferences plus food delicious and rare for hotels, even vegan pistachio butter, coconut yogurt, goat cheese, and parmesan.

the beautiful n3 grand beautiful room had a great city view with st john's cathedral. the room's thoughtful design features contemporary interiors plus luxurious finishes like plush carpets, rare stones, high quality leather, and artisan textiles.

A complimentary shuttle bus operates on a circular route. It starts from the hotel and passes key destinations. it goes to landmark, hong kong station, ifc, hkcec, and conrad. i used it once before typhoon. It was very convenient.

the location manager, anthony chan, is very helpful and provides all the hotel info! staff are responsive. i felt valued and appreciated, and the staff is very approachable plus pleasing.
