Stylish Comfort and Seamless Service

spacious room generous counter space automated curtains

i found the room surprisingly spacious. the bathroom had lots of counter space (a real plus for me!). automated curtains were a great touch. the bed was also very comfortable.

it felt a bit dark at night. also, i noticed some dust floating in my water glass. i think it might be a good idea to wash the curtains more often.

the staff was always ready to help with a smile. almond and his team especially put in extra effort to prepare my visit (with personalized itineraries). early check-in and late check-out were also offered, which i really appreciated.

great decor luxurious bed poor layout small rack

The decor of the room was AMAZING!!! The beds felt very luxurious. I was happy to find Prosecco available at breakfast. That REALLY elevated the experience. The lobby books and art added a nice touch.

I noticed a poor use of space. The room could benefit from a better layout. There was only a small open rack, and no proper closet existed for storing clothes. This made it hard to keep things organized.

amazing service wonderful size luxurious shampoo

i received AMAZING customer service. every member of the team greeted me warmly. they helped me with queries and directions. THE room was wonderfully sized. the soap and shampoo provided were very luxurious.

the CHECK-IN process took a very long time. the staff typed endlessly on the computer.

a cozy and inviting stay

quiet room comfortable bed friendly staff

i had a corner room on the 23rd floor, it was so quiet and relaxing. the bed provided great comfort, and the shower had very powerful water pressure. all staff i encountered were friendly and helpful.

there wasn't ample space to open my luggage comfortably, it felt a bit cramped. also, the toilet space felt small and might not suit a larger person. it could benefit from a slightly better layout.

The staff were very friendly and helpful , from the concierge to the reception. The location is great , near shops and public transport. The bed in my Corner King Room was very comfortable.

The room was quite small for the price I paid. I could hear people walking in the hallway because of the door. The shampoo was too drying , and the conditioner did not help much.
