The location is near major transportation. The main bus station is located on the ground level.

The room was quite disappointing. The toilet flush did not work properly. I needed to push a few times to flush. The table had a big crack (it looked really bad) on it, and the floor was sticky. I didn't hold much hope for better arrangements.

I was impressed by the convenient transportation options near the hotel, including buses and the underground. a bus to the airport runs every 30 minutes. It made my departure very easy. my room was always kept nothing messy, thanks to excellent room service from the staff. coming back to a clean room after a long day was definitely a pleasure.

the tv had limited english channels, slightly inconvenient, but it did not significantly detract from my overall experience.

the hotel is near many restaurants and shops due to its proximity to a large mall. the nearby bus terminal offers a practical and affordable way to explore, especially using the double-decker buses. access to the underground station is conveniently within the mall itself. i found it very accessible!

The location was convenient. It was close to shopping options and public transport. The room I stayed in felt spacious. The housekeeping service was thorough, keeping my room clean (i really appreciated that). The staff members were helpful. They addressed all my questions promptly and politely.

The bathroom had a glass partition. A curtain provided privacy, but it felt somewhat awkward with multiple guests.

The room felt spacious even for two. The bathroom included ample storage. I also appreciated the close proximity to public transport and interconnected shopping malls. I did not need to walk outside to reach them.

i appreciated the friendly and professional service from phoebe, vera, and sam. they greeted us warmly. everyone i interacted with were very good. i found the staff to be easily accessible and quick to respond to needs.

The check-in process was not smooth. there weren't clear instructions about checking in on the 42nd floor. the floor mat outside the shower room was difficult to place. This meant the floor got wet.
