Access to three different hotels for activities is convenient. I liked using the facilities before check-in and after check-out. The qr code in the room allowed easy ordering of amenities. I discovered an extra soft pillow inside a cabinet in the room (which was great).

The breakfast buffet was limited.

the rooms were spacious with lovely amenities , including a water dispenser. it is kid friendly with bed guards, bottle warmers, cots, and bathtubs. there are large grounds to explore and activities, especially when you stay in other than to go to disneyland. i loved the décor, a mix of modern and rustic in theme with disneyland.

the pillows in the rooms are horrible , feeling like blocks of wood. i saw similar comments before my stay and there was no change.

the staff at the check-in counters were super supportive, friendly, and helpful. housekeeping kept the room super clean and asked if they could do anything more when they saw me. i reminded me of i was experiencing luxury due to their warm welcome.

the hotel is a few minutes walk from the park. it is easy to walk to neighboring hotels to visit gift shops, have drinks, and grab a bite to eat. the public transport system is easy to navigate from the hotel.

Excellent Stay at the Lodge

The free shuttle to the MTR was convenient. It offered easy access to transportation. The hotel is close to the Disneyland Park. Several kids' activities kept my children entertained . My room was a good size for my family. The shuttle bus service provided reliable transportation to the park. The luggage storage was efficient. Staff members helped order taxis and offered assistance. I found the hotel very clean. The service was good throughout the hotel. I always felt safe . I recommend this hotel without any doubt. I liked the souvenir room cards. It was a nice touch after our stay. The beds were comfy. The room was spacious. It was easy to check in and check out.

I found hair in the middle of the towels provided in the bathroom. The maid may have thought it was not used by previous guests. They did not change the towels.
