The staff, especially Ms. My, were really nice too ensure we had a great experience. The room was beautifully decorated with flowers after our spa session, such a lovely surprise. The ocean-view pool offered very nice views and a relaxing atmosphere!

The breakfast buffet lacked variety in fresh tropical fruits. I missed having local options readily available.

the room had excellent air conditioning and was very comfortable the breakfast buffet included a great selection of eastern and western foods. Jenny did a great job supplying coffee. i ate in the hotel restaurants and participated in the evening bbq a couple of times. the cuisine at soi 14 was excellent.

The breakfast was ok, but it lacked variety. I found myself eating the same thing every morning. The beach was another issue. It was not as clean as I had hoped. There was quite a bit of litter, I think the hotel should make cleaning more frequent.

the hotel's location next to a busy road resulted in significant noise, especially in the evenings. karaoke music from nearby establishments was intrusive and disruptive to relaxation. the absence of a dedicated bar area limited options for evening drinks and socializing (i expected a more lively atmosphere).

the gym facilities were rather underwhelming with only a couple of treadmills it felt cramped with more than three people present the breakfast buffet while extensive lacked variety in the bread selection i noticed the same types of bread every morning despite the wide array of other options it was a shame to not have more diverse choices and not be able to find what i need sometimes staff weren't able to deliver basic requests. i found myself frequently repeating my orders and sometimes just giving up.

I found good welcome pastries (they disappeared quickly!) and sweet dream treats upon entering my room. the breakfast was wonderful. It catered to different cultures and even included vegetarian options, a tasteful touch. i appreciated the welcome postcard. It was a lovely personal touch when i walked into the room.

the bar closed quite early. it meant that getting a drink after was not an option, and the hotel became very quiet after that time. it would be great to have later service.

the hotel is a very short walk to the green bus stop. this bus provides easy access to the night market, shopping areas, and grand world. it is very convenient for exploring the surrounding area.
