the hotel is super close to the train station and a family mart, so convenient! the staff let us store our bags early so we could explore right away. our room had a great wardrobe and a lounge area!!!

i appreciated the close proximity to the train station. the room was spacious and included a nice view. i found the coin laundromat on different floors convenient, especially the ability to check its status on the room tv. i had a great stay overall..

the air conditioning was not working properly when i arrived, needing a repair. it continued to cycle on and off.

The room was very clean and it was serviced daily. The beds was comfortable and the pillows was very nice. The interior was decorated to give a modern Japanese style.

The breakfast was basic, this was not very good. The tea was barely drinkable and the coffee was worst I have had. The room was to small. It was completely impossible to open two suitcases at the same time.

the location was very convenient it was close to the main train station. the rooms were decent size and the workers were very helpful with luggage storage.

the room was dirty with dust i don't think they clean the floor. they provide just one small bottle of moisturiser per stay they do not top up.

The hotel is very close to the station. This made it easy to get around (i loved the easy access!). The staff were also helpful. They spoke English well.

The room was quite small. It was impossible to open two suitcases at the same time. The trash bin in the bathroom was also tiny.

this hotel has an excellent location near the train station, very convenient! the rooms are so clean and well equipped. i especially loved the free soft drinks, such a nice touch. plus, getting extra towels was never a problem.

i found one minor issue, the coffee machine was a bit dusty
