The location was undeniably GREAT. The hotel provided easy access to shopping centers and transportation.

The room size was smaller than I anticipated. There was barely any space for luggage, quite inconvenient. the placement of the sink outside the bathroom was a strange design choice (WHY?? ), as it led to water splashing and the area becoming wet after each use.

the staff was helpful. the location was convenient to shops and restaurants. the onsen was really nice and clean, and i enjoyed it after a long day of sightseeing. the beds were really comfortable, i slept soundly each night.

the room was a bit smaller than expected, i would have liked a bit more space for my luggage.

a really good stay!

I was grateful for the superb location. It really made exploring so convenient. the onsen was immaculate, a very welcome treat after a long day. i found the staff were pretty good too help with directions and reservations, helpful! finally, the traditional breakfast offered a delicious start to each day.

I think the only minor thing i noticed was the limited selection of english channels on the tv. I did not really have time to watch it.

the location was convenient and accessible to shops! i enjoyed the calming lobby ambiance and its morning incense. we received complimentary local sweets upon arrival, a very nice touch. the bed lighting controls were super convenient for device charging and turning off lights, though the plugs weren't universal.

The air conditioning was inconsistent, made temperature control challenging. the sink was shallow. Water splashed easily. there was no self-service laundry available , though it wasn't a major concern for my stay.

the hotel boasts a great location with easy access to shopping centers and the train station i also appreciated the tidy external areas including the little shrine and cemetery i found near the back the room featured a sliding traditional door instead of blinds with blackout shades behind it it was convenient to find extra toiletries available in the lobby. my bags arrived safely in my room via takkyubin

the air conditioning did not allow for temperatures lower than 20c which was a slight inconvenience during a warmer period
