i found the hotel near the subway station very convenient i also found the free snacks and drinks a sweet bonus. the onsen downstairs was a treasure i soaked in its warmth each evening after long walks. it soothed my weary muscles readying me for the next day's explorations

The staff demonstrated really good kindness, assisting me with directions and recommendations. I found the onsen bath to be amazing. It was a relaxing experience after a day of exploration.

The hotel lacked a bit of assistance with luggage handling upon arrival. I found it slightly inconvenient, as I had to manage my bags without help.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The showers were amazing. The bathrooms were beautiful. Every little detail seemed thought of, with everything a guest could need while traveling provided.

The hotel lacked luggage service, inconvenient. I had to handle several suitcases myself, even with my wife being pregnant. The front desk also couldn't assist with reservations at a ramen restaurant in another city.
