mediocre stay, some issues, some positives
limited pool hours inflexible staff
the hotel provided a shuttle bus to the main station which was convenient.
i was pretty disappointed with some aspects. the pool hours were limited from 13:30 to 20:00 which is inconvenient if you want to explore the city. also, there was no sauna or spa for women, those were only available for men. the staff was inflexible too i think.

A generally nice Stay
room comfort shower room dim lighting dusty phone
The location was decent enough. It was an 8-10 min walk to the main train station. The room was comfortable to me. I appreciate the two shower rooms in our family room.
The room had dim lighting, which gave a gloomy feel. It also felt outdated and not particularly clean to me. I even noticed some dust on the phone pad, I tried to call someone.

Excellent stay near the station
daily shuttle bus onsite parking
The hotel offered a daily shuttle bus to the station. This was very handy when traveling with luggage. I also found parking available onsite, a definite plus (very convenient!).
The hotel claimed to be five-star, but I expected more care with details. I noticed a small coffee table with only one chair in a room with a huge bed, so my husband had to sit on the bed.

The room was spacious and included everything needed. The room also had a good size and was very clean. A hairdryer that works well was also available in the bathroom.

The location allowed convenient access to shops, trains, and restaurants. It was a short walk to the station, but a shuttle was available. There were also taxis available for transport.
Facilities

The pool was simple and good, though it was only indoors. The gym was also excellent with modern equipment (maybe a bit small). Coffee was available to take to the room in the morning.

The staff was very kind and helpful . They provided very friendly service and were always available. One lady at the front desk was particularly helpful (I really appreciated that).

mixed feelings about the stay
poor food quality unhelpful staff
The hotel location was quite convenient to the train station. That aspect worked well.
The breakfast buffet was a letdown. The food quality wasn't great. the room i booked online didn't match what i got. It felt old and not as nice. the staff wasn't particularly helpful with questions i had.

The complimentary shuttle to the train station was VERY useful. It made travel easier. The buffet had great taste and variety. The concierge team gave helpful travel tips.
The pool was not accessible with my son. That was not specified online. The restaurant was expensive for the quality it offered. The waiters were really stingy in terms of quantity IT was strange.
