The hotel's proximity to the airport made my early morning flight stress-free. A free shuttle bus departs regularly (every 20 minutes!). The room impressed me with its size, bigger than many japanese hotel rooms I've seen. I really liked the direct train access to the airport.

I thought the floor layout was a bit confusing, as it took me a moment to find my way around.

The hotel's location near Kansai Airport was great since it was a short train ride away. The room was spacious with a nice view of the airport and surrounding area! Breakfast offered a lot of variety. I found options suiting my taste. I am happy I picked this hotel.

The layout of the floor was a bit confusing and it was hard to find my way around. The sound proofing was poor, I could hear noises from other rooms and outside. The temperature in the room was too warm and I had to take a cold shower.

the superior twin room bay view was spacious with wonderful views. we received two complimentary bottles of water. the location is super convenient, next to the rinku train station. rinku-town premium outlet is only a short walk away!!!

the room felt too warm, and the temperature seemed centrally controlled. i needed to take a cold shower to cool down despite the cool outdoor temperature. a fan was provided after i contacted the front desk.

the hotel offers a very convenient shuttle to the airport. the rooms were spacious with two smart tvs (it was a nice surprise). it's walkable to the outlet mall and shopping areas. i found this useful.

the room was quite warm. i had to take a cold shower to cool down, even with the ambient temperature being relatively low. i contacted the front desk, and they sent a fan because the temperature was centrally controlled.
