The staff seemed a little distracted. They weren't rude, but they weren't super attentive either. My biggest gripe was the noise. I could hear street noise pretty clearly ALL the time.

I especially enjoyed the sky spa. The outside views of the skyline were amazing at 1 am. The breakfast buffet had tasty food, offering much choice. The seats overlooking the skyline enhanced the dining experience. I loved the hotel decor. It had a cute feel.

The check-in area was somewhat small. It occasionally resulted in crowds and queues.

Rooms are comfortable and large. Pajamas are awesome. Great washing facilities are linked to the TV if you need to freshen clothes. The room included good quality amenities. I enjoyed the comfortable and luxurious space.

The hotel is within a 5-minute walk to a major subway station. This provides easy connection into the inner city. A convenience store is right next to the hotel, a plus. There are many fun restaurants and bars in walking distance.

the onsen was lovely. it offered a amazing city view from the top of the building , and the sauna felt really hot with a great cold pool.

the closing time at 10 pm at the bar was slightly inconvenient , forcing us to be early.

lack of varietyinconsistent service

i found some aspects disappointing. the breakfast menu remained unchanged throughout my stay. this lack of variety became monotonous. furthermore, the service did not consistently meet my expectations for a hotel in this category. i had expected more attention to detail.
