The hotel provided large bath towels. The staff seemed amazing and attentive, addressing our needs promptly. I appreciated a tea time option offering a selection of pink cakes and savory food. The cafe in the lobby offered tasty treats, and it seemed like a good alternative.

Some amenities were lacking. For example, I noticed no coffee machine in the room. Only a powdered instant coffee package was available. I also saw no bathrobes in the room, just a yukata. It had only a single button on one side. I found this disappointing.

My experience wasnt so good. there werent coffee machines in the room. Only powdered instant coffee was offered. there wasnt bathrobes, it had only a yukata and it was too thin for the season. really what is this?

The hotel cleanliness was great! breakfast offered a huge choice with a good mix of japanese and western food. the staff were great. Customer service throughout my stay could not have been better! i had several interactions with mark and nuyen. They are very nice people.

the restaurants had very limited seating compared to the number of guests, so reservations were required in advance.
