The hotel provided large bath towels. The staff seemed amazing and attentive, addressing our needs promptly. I appreciated a tea time option offering a selection of pink cakes and savory food. The cafe in the lobby offered tasty treats, and it seemed like a good alternative.

Some amenities were lacking. For example, I noticed no coffee machine in the room. Only a powdered instant coffee package was available. I also saw no bathrobes in the room, just a yukata. It had only a single button on one side. I found this disappointing.

The room was spacious with modern decor and good amenities. I found the breakfast selection extensive, offering both Japanese and Western options. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent. I made good use of these facilities after a long day.

i stayed in a beautiful king room and wow, it was spacious! the bathroom had both a separate shower and bathtub and this was great.

the ice machine on my floor was out of order, this was a bit annoying.

hotel cleanliness great breakfast amazing staff

The hotel cleanliness was great! breakfast offered a huge choice with a good mix of japanese and western food. the staff were great. Customer service throughout my stay could not have been better! i had several interactions with mark and nuyen. They are very nice people.

the restaurants had very limited seating compared to the number of guests, so reservations were required in advance.

The breakfast buffet features both japanese and western options. You can even practice using chopsticks! the bar has live music most nights, so be sure to check the schedule. the food was AMAZING!!!
