I found the self-check-in process efficient. Staff were available to assist if needed. checkout was seamless with a qr code! the free airport shuttle service was a great bonus. there is secured bike storage. This makes it a launchpad for cycling adventures in japan.

The drainage in the bathroom had an awful smell. the tv lacked internet connectivity. Netflix was not usable. mosquitoes were present in the room.

lawson is conveniently located on the second floor, ideal for purchasing drinks and snacks. the hotel provides a free shuttle bus service with morning flights. there is also an excellent self-service baggage room.

Staff members are friendly and helpful. They are multilingual. the hotel features very cool auto-check-in machines for convenient use. the airport shuttle requires prior day sign-up.

The public bath was huge and super relaxing after my flight. the location is very convenient. It is a short walk to the train station. i was happy there was a lawson store on the second floor for quick snacks.

The breakfast was not great for western tastes. There were few continental options.

I found the hotel to be clean and quite new. a lawson store inside the building was very useful. i also appreciated the proximity to the rinku premium outlets. It was only a short walk away. a complimentary airport shuttle was available in the mornings.

the main downside was the smell from the bathroom drainage tube. the tv didn't connect to the internet so netflix wasn't available. i also noticed some mosquitoes in the room and they were biting.

the location near the train station was acceptable for my travel plans.

the room size was smaller than expected for a hotel near the airport luggage space was insufficient i noticed an odd smell upon entering the room it only dissipated late at night this was disappointing considering the hotel's size and purpose.
