the rooftop bar was a letdown it used plastic glassware and the drinks seemed premixed and cheap the sparkling wine tasted like bubbly water not actual wine this bar didn't feel like a relaxing place at all it was more like a low-budget hostel i really didn't like it

the hotel is very close to the train station. the location made it easy to get around. the rooftop foot spa was a really nice touch. i loved relaxing there after a long day.

the superior double room i booked was too small. there really wasn't enough space for my luggage. the window looked right onto another building, disappointing and its make the room very dark.

i felt a bit let down by the small size of the superior double room i booked the space felt cramped with very little room to store luggage there was only a small closet and some space under the bed but not enough for even our carry-on suitcases also the rooftop bar charged hotel guests a table fee which i found unacceptable the management seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming which contrasted with the nice staff

Amazing Hotel with Fantastic Onsen!

I am SO glad I stayed here! The rooftop bar was amazing. The view was superb. Free drink tickets daily was a super treat. I also loved the indoor and outdoor onsen. It really relaxed me after sightseeing. The foot bath at the roof had great views. The location was awesome because it was walking distance to many attractions.

The hotel's location was really convenient. I found it easy to reach many attractions. The rooftop bar provided lovely views (i enjoyed the complimentary drinks). The staff assisted with sending my luggage to my next destination.

The air vents in my room were not cleaned well. I noticed dust on higher ledges. They did not allow early check-in before 3 pm without an extra fee. It felt a little inflexible.
