The laundry facilities were modern and well-organized. I found this especially useful. The lobby offered complimentary coffee and water, a thoughtful touch. I appreciated the convenient access to train stations. Multiple options made getting around easy.

The hotel only had one iron for all guests. This was located in the laundry room, which could be inconvenient.

The room was quite roomy. It reminded me of a pleasure to return to it after a hectic day exploring. The decor was beautiful, modern, and relaxing. The color palette gave peaceful vibes.

Customer service in the lounge felt poor. I spent 40 minutes waiting for the remainder of my order to arrive. Nobody came to check on me at the end of my meal.
