The laundry facilities was very convenient. The bar and restaurant had a cozy atmosphere.
The breakfast menu did lack variety. I also found the location a bit OUT the way from the main train station, a lot of walking.

The laundry facilities were modern and well-organized. I found this especially useful. The lobby offered complimentary coffee and water, a thoughtful touch. I appreciated the convenient access to train stations. Multiple options made getting around easy.
The hotel only had one iron for all guests. This was located in the laundry room, which could be inconvenient.

The hotel provided free coffee . The laundry room and gym were great facilities. The hotel is located in a central area. It was quite helpful for our travel. The staff helped us a lot .
The bathroom size felt quite small. The subway station requires a 12-minute walk.

Acceptable hotel, some drawbacks
relaxing color palette modern decor roomy room poor customer service long wait unpleasant experience
The room was quite roomy. It was like a pleasure to return to it after a hectic day exploring. The decor was beautiful, modern, and relaxing. The color palette gave peaceful vibes.
Customer service in the lounge felt poor. I spent 40 minutes waiting for the remainder of my order to arrive. Nobody came to check on me at the end of my meal.
