underwhelming stay, service misses the mark

uncomfortable stool limited support

the service was not great. i had issues with the room arrangement, specifically the third bed being a very uncomfortable stool. when a medical emergency happened, the hotel did not show flexibility. it certainly affected my impression of the hotel.

the room was quite spacious and well equipped. it was acceptable.

the support i received felt limited when i had a medical emergency. the hotel declined my request to reduce our stay by one night. i found this disappointing given the circumstances.

a reverie in serene lodging

luxurious toiletries fragrant diffuser kind staff

I ADORED the location. It was perfect for exploring. the room featured unexpected amenities, such as luxurious toiletries and a fragrant diffuser. the kind staff provided prompt assistance when i requested extra pillows, and the bed was so very comfortable. this hotel completely catered to my romantic nature.

despite the overall excellent experience, the absence of readily available face towels in the room was a minor inconvenience. it required an extra call to reception, a small disruption to the otherwise perfect stay.

the breakfast buffet presented a good spread of Japanese and western options. fresh pastries sat alongside miso soup and grilled fish. the presentation was beautiful, showcasing the culinary care.

the hotel included a well-kept launderette on the second floor. it offered washers and dryers for guest use, a service of immense value. the machines operated efficiently, they provide quick turnaround.
