uncomfortable stoollimited support

the service was not great. i had issues with the room arrangement, specifically the third bed being a very uncomfortable stool. when a medical emergency happened, the hotel did not show flexibility. it certainly affected my impression of the hotel.

It was perfect for exploring. the room featured unexpected amenities, such as luxurious toiletries and a fragrant diffuser. the kind staff provided prompt assistance when i requested extra pillows, and the bed was so very comfortable. this hotel completely catered to my romantic nature.

despite the overall excellent experience, the absence of readily available face towels in the room was a minor inconvenience. it required an extra call to reception, a small disruption to the otherwise perfect stay.
