I loved how spacious our apartment 5 single-beds was, it gave my family enough room to relax! the kitchen had all the tools we needed for simple meals. The staff were kind and always ready to help with directions, it was very sweet of them.

The pillows were a bit too firm for my liking. Though i did get used to it after a night.

the family apartment was quite spacious for japanese standards. it had kitchen amenities which i found useful (especially for preparing quick meals). the hotel was very clean and well kept. the staff were helpful and readily available.

the hotel lacked an on-site restaurant. this meant we needed to walk a bit to find dining options (this was inconvenient when it rained).
