Really good Lodge Experience

The lodge provides a really well-equipped kitchen. It included a dishwasher and a washing machine. There was washing liquid and dishwashing tablets. Beds are comfortable. Proper bath mats are provided, not just towels.

The location offered fantastic views. It includes the surrounding woodland. The manor house grounds hold the lodge. Animals such as peacocks and horses are present. It is a pleasure to observe them.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. They greet guests in the restaurant with kindness. Their assistance is appreciated. I found it to be a beneficial advantage.

Our lodge had two rooms and two bathrooms, all finished to a high standard. i appreciated the welcome pack with tea, coffee, and milk. the smart tv and wine cooler were nice extras. the peacocks and other birds added charm. My son especially liked the mustangs in the car park.

the bar was open, but sometimes service felt a bit slow during peak hours. it wasn't a major issue, but noticeable.

the kitchen was very well equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. there were even tablets and washing liquid, which helped a lot for a family. the mugs and bowls were a good size.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when i had a minor issue in the room. They sorted it quickly. i also chatted with the owner a couple of times. They were friendly and engaging!

The location WAS beautiful and the staff WERE helpful.

Our meal was overpriced the potatoes were not cooked properly I had to accept fries instead. The mattress in our room MUST be replaced it was very uncomfortable.
