the staff was very cooperative during a medical situation , i experienced a medical condition, and they arranged for an ambulance. they helped transfer my mother to the hospital. bayram, mehmet, altan, and nilay provided continuous support and followed up on my mom's condition even after checkout.
i found that the windows were really dirty. it affected the view , especially from higher floors.

i found the breakfast quite good. there was a variety of options. the room service was prompt. the room did include a kettle with tea and coffee.
my room had some problems with cleanliness. i noticed some stains on the carpet. the telephone in my room was not working, a potential issue in emergencies. the air conditioning was not effective enough.

The room shower was clogged it made showering difficult until someone fixed it. The WiFi was also slow I was very frustrated. This made basic tasks such as checking emails challenging. It was an inconvenience I did not expect.

I stayed in a comfortable room. birthday balloons decorated it wonderfully. the bathroom was very clean. This mattered a lot to me. esra and mr serkan helped surprise my boyfriend with a cake.
The pool was out of service . I only used it once.
