great location easy check in wonderful job dirty wall staff quarters advertised view

the location was great, very convenient to main points. the staff was always helpful, check in was easy. housekeeping did a wonderful job and kept everything tidy.

unfortunately, my room was advertised as a city view, i didn't get one.

welcome sweets tourist information

the staff was really polite. they even offered me welcome sweets! i was given great tourist information upon arrival and a handy map too.

my room, while lovely, didn't quite match the city view description. it faced a wall, and a camera was pointing at my balcony from another building!

the hotel has a superb, central location. it provides quick access to the historical city center, and the tram line is nearby too. this makes exploring the area very simple.

the breakfast buffet included diverse choices. i also had the option to order dishes from a menu, a wonderful addition. the breakfast alone.

The staff demonstrated excellent attentiveness. bobirbek was especially helpful. He were really good too assist me. everyone provided good recommendations too.
