The room was cleaned daily and was elegantly decorated. The bed provided restful sleep after exploring the city. The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I appreciated the quality and freshness of the food.

The receptionist was hostile. I felt she did not understand my early check-in request. The bedsheets had hair everywhere. THEY were not changed daily. The cleaning staff asked personal questions.

The walls felt awfully thin. I swear i could hear my neighbor practicing the tuba. and the breakfast buffet? let's just say the pastries seemed to have a personal vendetta against me. also, one morning i discovered the shower only dispensed ice-cold water, a thrilling wake-up call at 6 a.m. not exactly the spa experience i envisioned.

the breakfast was acceptable and offered decent variety each day.

i was disappointed by the condition of the bathroom , particularly the light hanging precariously from the mirror with exposed wires. also , the water pressure in the shower fluctuated a lot , with sudden changes in temperature from very cold to warm.

The staff seemed a bit preoccupied, and I had trouble getting assistance with my luggage upon arrival. The room was clean, but the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. It made sleeping difficult. the breakfast buffet lacked variety, and the pastries tasted stale. I expected fresh baked goods. they were disappointing. The coffee machine broke down one morning, leaving me without coffee. that was UNFORTUNATE.
