varied buffet rainfall showerhead helpful staff

the breakfast buffet was quite diverse. the rainfall showerhead in the room was a nice touch and worked well. the staff was helpful, especially with directions to nearby shops (i found a great leather jacket!).

the gym only had a limited number of free weights available.

The room carpet looked stained. I also noticed a cockroach in the room, quite disturbing. The sink drained poorly, and water ended up all over the floor after each use. (This was quite annoying.) The hairdryer also did not work.

The staff were kind and always smiling, which I appreciated.

There was no legit parking. They parked cars on the street, wherever they could find space.. I was told the pool was free, but I had to buy a swim cap for $5, essentially paying for the pool access.
