the spa was advertise as free, But i discover that the hammam was not included, i felt deceived. the employee there spoke NO english at ALL. it Was DIFFICULT to communicate with her about my appointment or anything else. i expected better facilities and clearer communication.

The room was recently renovated. generous quantities of bathroom amenities were provided. the location proves convenient. It is close to the spice bazaar. our housekeeper, cicek, was really good. Her smile was constant.

the spa was barely functioning and the receptionist was not cute.

the staff displayed flexibility and genuine hospitality. cleanliness was really good throughout my stay. mr shams provided very helpful assistance. the stuff were all cute.

the coffee in the room was basic, with only two sachets provided per day. i found the absence of a dressing robe a little inconvenient. the hot tub in the spa was disappointingly cold, and the steam room was out of service.
