Good location, some drawbacks

central location polite staff breakfast selection missing notebook proper chair tea replenishment

The hotel location is very central. It made exploring the area easy. The staff seemed polite and nice. Breakfast had some options, though the selection could be larger (.. ).

My room lacked a notebook and pen. a proper chair was absent. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Tea was only replenished once.

the hotel is near the tram station. shopping options are close by. the beds and sheets were comfortable, and the staff was helpful. breakfast provided nice service. the king-sized room offered a riverfront view and a comfortable bed.

i found the prices for drinks quite high. a small bottle of beer plus a vodka with coke cost a lot.

The staff was proactive. they assisted with questions about the local area, i found this particularly helpful. reception provided a room upgrade. This was a nice surprise and i appreciated it very much.

The room decor was very nice. the bathroom was also nice. the room was not overheated. the historical ceiling and stone flooring looked amazing. They retained a lot of character, i think.
